How to Organize Crop Production Records

A practical way to keep crop lists and field information beside livestock records so mixed farms do not split the books.

    Name what this farm grows

A crop record starts with the list: maize, rice, cassava, vegetables, cocoa, or whatever actually sits in the fields. Vague ‘crops’ as a checkbox is not enough for staff who join mid-season.

Keep fields next to the flock

On mixed farms the crop list should share a login with poultry or livestock. Otherwise new workers inherit two handovers.

Do not overbuild the first season

A farm-level crop list is a solid start. Full plot-by-plot agronomy planning is a different product. Agrocyms records the crops attached to the farm during setup so the dashboard is not livestock-only by default.

Review with the rest of the farm

When crops sit in the same workspace, production and inventory conversations can include what the fields are growing without opening a second system.

    All resources

Put these records in one workspace.

Create an Agrocyms account and keep crop, livestock, and inventory information on the same farm.
